History: Category_Transition_Demonstration

            This is a profile to demonstrate the ((dev:Category Transition)) feature. This will replace the old ((doc:Galaxia Workflow)) system, in a much more integrated way.

It now works for wiki pages, trackers and tracker items. Next step is to make it work with
# Individual files 

To test tracker items, just create a tracker and have a category field. (This should be added to the profile below)
