((Site Mission)) - including what is in scope for the wiki and what is not, who should participate and why (they should spend their time on this site).
((Site Goals)) - functional and content objectives that may include time horizons, e.g. phase one, phase two etc. 
((Site Configuration)) - choose your features wisely.
((Site Modules)) - which columns and what modules appear for what groups and when.
((Admin Training)) - how to train admins to maintain the site.
((Site Map)) - a comprehensive list of existing or to become existing pages
((Site Todos)) - a list of misc. things that need to get done that can be updated regularly.
((Terms of Use)) - every wiki (public or not) should have a terms of use, which explains what kind of participation is allowed (and what is not).
((Wiki new user training)) - how to train the first (or all) users for the site.
